Delete Account

You can request deletion of your DYS account and data at any time. You can start deletion in two ways.

Delete from the app

Steps:

Open DYS and sign in to your account
Go to the Profile or Settings section
Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing from your account email address to info@motivexintelligence.com. We process the request after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed:

Your account and profile details
Your profile photo
Your push notification token and device association
Your support ticket messages

Data we keep

Attendance records are the university's official record of presence. They may be kept after your account is deleted as required by the university's academic and legal obligations. Deleting those records depends on the relevant university office.
