Reports and audit

Lecturers see their own course reports, management sees the dashboard for its own scope. Every change made in the panel is written to “Activity Records” with the identity of the person who made it.

Short answer

DAS delivers reports as Excel, PDF and CSV: lecturers download course attendance reports and roll-call history, system administrators download lecturer reports and activity records. Top management, faculty and department staff see the same dashboard within their own scope. Every write is recorded with its author, role, time and IP address; the retention period is set per installation.

Exports

Reports download as Excel, PDF and CSV

Lecturers download the course attendance report and roll-call history as Excel or PDF on the web, and as CSV or PDF in the mobile app. System administrators export lecturer reports to Excel and activity records to CSV; large reports are prepared in the background and arrive as a download link.

  • Documents print no attendance rates or percentages, only class hours
  • Export jobs and their status are tracked in “Transfer History”
  • “Email Reports” go to lecturers right away or on a schedule

Dashboards

Each manager sees the dashboard for their own scope

The rectorate and top management see the whole university, faculty student affairs their own faculty and department heads their own department, all on the same dashboard. It shows active students, class hours opened, open roll calls and pending work; the top management template cannot change any record.

  • “Unit × Week Compliance”: opened and expected class hours per cell
  • “Weekly Activity” and “Pending Work” on the same screen
  • System administrators follow roll calls and signatures of the last 24 hours

Notifications

Missing class hours are flagged to their owner

Notifications go out in the app and as push notifications to the phone, and by e-mail when needed. Department heads send reminders from the panel to lecturers whose courses in their department have missing class hours.

  • If enabled, a 07:00 morning alert to lecturers about unopened classes
  • If enabled, a weekly summary to student affairs on Mondays at 08:00
  • Students are told about appeal decisions and removed signatures

Audit

Every change goes into “Activity Records”

Every addition, change and deletion made in the panel or the mobile app is recorded: who made it, in which role, when, from which IP and which record it touched. System administrators in a two-step session and read-only system observers can view the records; the retention period is set per installation.

  • Passwords, verification codes and national ID numbers are masked
  • Signature corrections keep the old and new record, reason and document
  • Permission changes sit in a separate ledger with old and new access

Excel, PDF and CSV. Lecturers get the course report as Excel or PDF on the web and as CSV or PDF in the mobile app; system administrators download lecturer reports as Excel and activity records as CSV.
