How do I join a roll call?
Tap the QR button in the bottom bar and scan the code on the academician's screen, or enter the unique code. Your signature is saved in seconds with location and, where required, biometric verification.
Why is location requested?
Location is used only at the moment you sign attendance, to confirm the signature is given in the class setting. Your location is not tracked in the background or outside of attendance.
Where does my biometric data go?
Face ID or fingerprint verification runs locally on your device. Your biometric data never leaves the device and is never shared with us or your university.
Where do I get my sign-in details?
DYS is licensed institutionally. Your sign-in details are provided by the university you belong to. If you cannot access them, contact the relevant university office.
Which platforms does it work on?
DYS is coming to iOS and Android. Once your university enables the system you can download it from both stores.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile section in the app, or write to us. See the Delete Account page for details.
